how to make round led mirror cabinet

Here is several steps to make led mirror cabinet, you can DIY after you read this .

1. make a PVC board, MDF board, and drill the round space for the led tape( the space should be wider than the frosted area on the glass mirror), painted the board.

2. stick led tape around the round space. make all the electrical line, driver and touch sentitive switch in the space we drilled in the first step

3. put slicone glue on the board, and connect power.

4. test led mirror works or not, touch the sentitive switch. if OK, go to next step, if not ok, change the driver (always the driver has problem)

5. put the frosted glass mirror on the PVC board/MDF board, make sure the mirror  and the board in centre.

6. touch the sentitive switch again to test led lamp again.

7. install 16inch slider, and install the round mirror on the slider, it can move left and right.

8. bulk production.

9. strong carton packing with a lot of foam inside to protect the mirror.
